How do I book a rental?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Same-day bookings may be available depending on fleet availability — call us at 346.417.4491 to check.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and is applied toward your total rental cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your ride.

Do you offer group or multi-vehicle bookings?

What is the minimum age to rent?

Riders must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to operate any vehicle. Passengers must be at least 16 years old. Minors under 16 are not permitted on rentals for safety reasons.

Do I need a special license to rent?

A standard valid driver's license is all you need for ATVs, SXS, and jet skis. For boat rentals, a Texas Boater Education Certificate may be required depending on the vessel. We'll confirm requirements when you book.

Is safety gear provided?

Yes — helmets and safety gear are provided with every ATV and SXS rental at no extra charge. Life jackets are provided for all jet ski and boat rentals. We take safety seriously and require all riders to wear provided gear.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all riders must sign a liability waiver before operating any vehicle. The waiver is completed digitally as part of the booking process (Step 4 of checkout). You'll also need to upload a photo of your valid driver's license.

Rentals are priced by the hour. Each vehicle has its own hourly rate — you can view full pricing on our Fleet page. Multi-hour discounts may be available for longer bookings. Delivery fees apply if you choose our delivery option.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash for deposits or online bookings.

Is there a damage deposit?

A refundable damage deposit may be held on your card at the time of rental. The hold is released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. Any damage beyond normal wear is assessed separately.

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup service to your location within our service area. Delivery fees vary by distance. Select the delivery option during booking and enter your address to see the fee. We'll confirm your delivery window via text and email.

What should I bring on the day of my rental?

Bring your valid driver's license (matching the one uploaded during booking), the credit card used for the deposit, and wear closed-toe shoes. For water activities, bring a change of clothes and sunscreen. Arrive 15 minutes early for your safety briefing.

What if I'm running late?

Are the vehicles insured?

All vehicles in our fleet carry commercial liability insurance. This covers third-party liability but does not cover damage caused by the renter. We recommend reviewing the rental agreement carefully and considering personal insurance coverage.

What if the vehicle breaks down during my rental?

In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, call us immediately at 346.417.4491. We'll dispatch assistance as quickly as possible. If the breakdown is due to a mechanical fault (not rider error), we'll provide a replacement vehicle or a prorated refund for lost ride time.

Question 22

Can I take the vehicle off-road or on public roads?

ATVs and SXS are for off-road use only and are not street-legal. Jet skis must remain within designated waterway areas. Operating any vehicle outside of permitted areas is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in additional charges.
